Watermark Office Building 2 is a six-story, 158,000-square-foot Class A core and shell office building designed for medical office use, located within the visionary Watermark master-planned development. This ground-up Type IB structure is paired with a four-tier, 215,000-square-foot parking garage offering 690 stalls, integrated photovoltaic panels on the top deck, and multiple EV charging stations.
As the second of three planned office buildings in the development, the project features extensive site integration including shared earthwork, coordinated water quality systems, and unified wet and dry utility infrastructure. Additional project elements include incoming utility service, landscape lighting, offsite improvements, and a backup generator to support operational resilience.
