The P-1024 Navy V-22 Hangar at Naval Base Coronado is a 132,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art maintenance facility purpose-built to support the U.S. Navy’s transition from the C-2 Greyhound to the advanced CMV-22B Osprey for Carrier Onboard Delivery (COD) missions. This two-story, steel-framed structure accommodates the operational and training needs of two CMV-22B squadrons—VRM-30 and VRM-50.

The Miramar Peaker Plant, officially known as the Miramar Energy Facility Unit 2, is a 49.5-megawatt natural gas-fired peaking power plant located at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Miramar in San Diego, California. The facility is centered around a high-efficiency GE LM6000 "New Generation" gas turbine and is designed to provide rapid-response electricity during periods of peak demand or grid instability, both for the base and the surrounding region.

Quality of Life Package 4
Project Description

The Quality of Life Package 4 (QOL 4) at Camp Pendleton is an $80 million, design-build military campus designed to enhance the daily living experience of single Marines while promoting sustainability, efficiency, and long-term operational readiness. Completed in June 2013, the project spans over 440,000 square feet and includes four 4-story Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQs), each paired with a 9,825 SF multi-purpose building, a 21,480 SF dining facility seating 445, a 500-seat outdoor amphitheater, a 540-space parking structure, and a 420-foot Ninja Warrior-style obstacle course.
