The Koman Family Outpatient Pavilion is a newly constructed, four-story, 156,834-square-foot clinical facility located on the UC San Diego Health campus in La Jolla. Designed to expand outpatient services, the pavilion features eight surgical suites, advanced and basic imaging capabilities, physical therapy, pain management, infusion therapy, and apheresis services.

Phase II includes 28,000 square feet of new construction and historic renovation to enhance passenger experience and operational efficiency.

The SANDAG MTS South Bay Bus Maintenance Facility Expansion is a 65,000-square-foot design-build project located on a 10.6-acre operational transit site in Chula Vista, California. The project significantly expanded and modernized the existing maintenance and operations hub to support a growing bus fleet and improve overall service efficiency for the Metropolitan Transit System (MTS).

Baker Electric served as the electrical contractor for the new construction of the 40,000-square-foot NCTD SPRINTER Maintenance Facility, a critical infrastructure project supporting the operations of North County Transit District’s light rail system in Escondido, California.

This 47,000-square-foot, LEED Gold-certified facility was developed to consolidate and modernize operations for the San Diego County Sheriff’s Wireless Services and Data Services Divisions. The facility includes 40,000 square feet of administrative offices, operations areas, and warehouse space, along with a 7,000-square-foot critical data and wireless communications center that supports the County’s Emergency Communications System.
