Located at the prominent corner of Wilshire Boulevard and Virgil Avenue in Los Angeles’ Koreatown, 3033 Wilshire is a striking 18-story, 365,710-square-foot luxury mixed-use residential tower. This high-rise development includes 190 upscale apartment units, a 5,500-square-foot ground-level retail space, and five levels of above-grade parking totaling 117,555 square feet with 291 stalls.
The first five floors house parking and retail, while the sixth floor features an amenities deck complete with an outdoor pool, spa, gym, and golf simulator. The building culminates in an expansive rooftop sky deck with a lounge, clubhouse, and helistop, offering sweeping views of the Downtown Los Angeles skyline. Two penthouse levels crown the tower, and the unit mix includes studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, and exclusive penthouse suites—all thoughtfully designed with high-end finishes, wood, tile, and carpet flooring, premium coatings, and luxury wall coverings.
The building façade features a modern blend of glass curtain wall, CMU-clad parking levels, and sculptural balconies that scale down the tower, creating an elegant, dynamic exterior. The architectural focus on glass and protruding decks gives the building a fluid and sophisticated presence along the historic 16-mile Wilshire Boulevard corridor.
Baker Electric provided a full scope of electrical, low voltage, AV, security systems, access control, and methane mitigation infrastructure for this high-rise development, along with the complete build-out of leasing and management offices featuring custom FF&E and high-end millwork.
As one of the first luxury mixed-use residential towers on this iconic stretch of Wilshire, 3033 Wilshire sets a new standard for urban living in Los Angeles.
